FRANK GROGAN
Principal Frank Grogan has over 20 years experience in the construction industry and has worked in the U.K., North America and Ireland. His professional qualifications include a Graduate Degree in Quantity Surveying as well as Masters Degrees in Building Rehabilitation, Construction Law and Arbitration.
